NWSRA is proud to offer FILLABLE registration forms! Registrants now have the ability to download the fillable form below, complete the information on their electronic device and save the information for future registrations! Click here for detailed instructions!
To register, please complete a registration form and e-mail to office@nwsra.org, or fax to 847-392-2870. Feel free to call us at 847-392-2848 if you have any registration questions!
**Payment Procedure**: Registrants have two options when making payments for programs: making the payment for programs in full at the time of registration or selecting the auto withdrawal option via a credit card. Online registration payments must continue to be paid in full at the time of registration via a credit card.
